Avoid using any soap, shower gel, or similar products because the glove uses direct contact with the skin. Step 2: Wet your glove and wring it out. Stay away from the water Avoid drying yourself and make sure your skin stays hydrated Start rubbing the mitt up and down your body in long, steady motions, starting with the driest areas. Be extra gentle on sensitive areas. You may notice that your skin begins to peel after a few minutes.
